Talgaard Bolshnik

Talgaard Bolshnik (
no later than 707, as his younger brother Othmar was born in 708-disappeared 749) was the first son of Kethmar Bolshnik.
Always mentally unstable, Prince Talgaard began strangling people to death in 720, killing dozens of victims before he was identified as "the Kantora Strangler" and sent to the Clinic for the Mentally Distressed in 726. He was still institutionalized when all of the Clinic's inhabitants disappeared in 749.
