Talk:Novgor

FWIW Novgor is also detailed in the Land of Spectres article from Dragon 258 and GazIV. Not sure if you are adding Dragon articles to your Catalogue sources. DeepShadow 03:12, 4 March 2010 (UTC)

I labeled this an artifact, because 1) it's a +4 dagger of wounding that casts spells, which is epic level all by itself; 2) it may yet have more powers according to Land of Spectres, which is like many artifacts that have nested abilities; 3) it's unique, with a legendary backstory.
