Abu al Mir
Abu al Mir is a cowardly Werejackal from Har'Akir who was born in 725 BC. His parents were priest of Anubis and he was raised in the god's service. His parents joined a conspiracy with [Senmet]] against Ahnkpot which culminated in their destruction 738 BC. Abu al Mir fled into the desert and a manifestation of The Mists in the form of a sandstorm deposited him in Nova Vaasa. He has subsequently carved out a career for himself as a blackmailer. He fears that

725 Abu al Mir is born in Har’Akir, the child of the founders of a secret temple to Anubis. [CotN:W pg. 49]
738 Senmet recruits the werejackal priests of Anubis to aid him in his plans to usurp control of Har’Akir. However, that very night, a mysterious fire wipes out the entire priesthood, except for the young Abu al Mir. Abu flees, and the Mists transport him to Nova Vaasa. [CotN:W pg. 49]
