Kemen Kerbasi

Kemen Kerbasi is a spidery caliban who leads the small band of thieves that constitute the Sly-Var Thieves Guild. He is partial to preying upon smugglers. Protection money is also collected from Rashemani merchants. As a dread possibility, Kemen Kerbasi may in fact be Vraylok Heleneh Kerpatis in magical diguise.
