Goblin Vampire

The goblin vampire is similar in theme to the Haemogoblin, from the Book of Secrets.
A Goblin Vampire is a goblin who has returned from death via the Goblin Vampire strain of vampirism. This strain only affects goblins, hence all Goblin Vampires are both Goblins and Vampires, but not all Vampires who are Goblins are affected by this strain. It is possible for a Goblin to contract another strain of vampirism, including the basic version. To avoid this confusion, creatures affected by this strain are also called 
goatsuckers[1].
Most Goblin Vampires are native to Tepest and created by a curse of The Three Hags.
