Herd Drezen is the innkeeper of the Westwood Tavern in Vinrac. He is the unofficial leader of the faction which believes that the decrees of Elena Faith-hold should be taken more lightly on the frontier, which plants him in strict opposition to Presiding Mother Teagan Gerty.[1]
