Yart was one of the Circle of Darkness cultists who accompanied the mission to free Zhaktata the Provider.[1] For his blind devotion, he was transformed into one of the Altered.[2]

In Ian Fordam's Circle of Darkness campaign, Yart was a member of the Voice of Zhakata, accompanying the expedition because Rega believed in the utility of having someone expendable at hand.
