Monarch

Because of his obsession with absolute control over the people of his Roman-style land, the tyrant known as Monarch was granted the absolutee control over his people- they cannot act without his bidding, consequently denying everyone else free will and acting on their own initiative. This has left Monarch very lonely in his domain.
