Little Hollow Ivil is a figure of fearful legend spoken of in Richemulot believed to be responsible for a string of disappearances. Supposedly, he is a fiend conjured as tasked to destroy the wererats of Pont-a-Museau. He is said to have been conjured by a curse that Claude Renier laid upon the city with his dying breath. Little Hollow Ivil is imagined to be a feral and ever hungry for the flesh of living creatures.[1]

In reality, it was Salissar that first inspired the legends, during the time he is brought by the Mists to the sewers beneath Pont-a-Museau. Yet this legend has somehow been imprinted onto Salissar as one of his alternate personalities.[2]
