Mentioned in Van Richten Society Research Files: Doppelgangers, Gordon W. Pettigrue was an anthropologist whom studied dread doppelgangers but was eventually placed in Paridon Sanitarium in 738 BC. His private journals were later sold at auction a number of decades later.[1]
