Sir Klutz Tripalotsky

In Curse of Strahd, Bascal Ofenheiss is a knight buried in Castle Ravenloft. His gravestone reads "He fell on his own sword". If his longsword is touched, Sir Klutz animates as a phantom warrior to serve the person who touched it for several days. Having died years before Strahd transformed into one of the undead, Sir Klutz is entirely ignorant of the cursed nature of the land</ref>Curse of Strahd p. 91</ref>
