Rolf the Butcher is the proprietor of the Butcher's Block in the Village of Graefmotte. His trade in meat has made him a wealthy man in a starving land. Part of the reason for his wealth is because of his deal with the gnolls to procur humanoid meat.[1]

Rolf started some nasty cannibalism rumors about the House of Mourning in order to capture the market for funerary services (and collect from another meat source.)[1]
