Starving Vampire in Saragoss

An unnamed vampire nearly incapacitated from lack of blood sits in one of the ships in Saragoss. Supposedly the vampire is a refugee from some even more horrible evil.[1] Draga Saltbiter has convinced the vampire to serve him.[2]
