Pirata Salinas (NPC)

Pirata Salinas is a natural wereshark that was abandoned on the shores of Cuba and was found and raised by humans. This fact has caused him to deviate little from others of his kind, for his blood-thirsty nature (or perhaps his exploitative upbringing) has caused him little concerned for the lives of others. He resides in Cozumel, Mexico where he loots sunken ships for gold and other treasure.[1]
