William Kemmler (NPC)

William Kemmler was an axe murderer sentenced to death in New York. Thomas Edison provided the electric chair as a means for his execution as part of a ploy to discredit Nikola Tesla and George Westinghouse's Alternating Current by showing its danger. After Kemmler's execution, the Red Death resurrected Kemmler as a revenant with an unique power over electricity and lightning. Kemmler recognizes Thomas Edison as his "killer".
