Sea Zombies are Obedient undead born of maritime disasters, spawned by jolly rogers or Western sea vampires, or created by powerful necromancers. In every case the base creature was in life a sailor. They are intelligent, hateful creatures, with great strength and agility. They are difficult to turn, or rebuke, are resistant to magic, and are little harmed by piercing and bludgeoning weapons. They are associated with fog, but in fact lack a metaphysical connection to it, unlike zombies raised by Zombie Fog. They are mute and usually uncommunicative. Their stench rivals that of ghasts and their weapons drip with a poisonous ichor. Those not properly prepared to face them would be wise to run away, as the creatures are not fleet afoot.
