L'île de la Tempête

L'île de la Tempête is a small island in the Nocturnal Sea. Its sole inhabitant, aside from swarms of bats, is the domain's darklord, Captain Alain Monette. Monette is a pirate and a [?]. Monette dwells on the island's solitary structure, a cursed lighthouse which can draw mariners from Prime Material Plane seas into the demiplane.
