Sheriff Nathaniel Finn

Sheriff Nathaniel Finn is the sheriff, lead law enforcement officer, miltia captain of Sphryna. He is also a member of the city council and advises the mayor. Unfortunately, he is something of a cruel sadist and a wereshark at that. However, he is usually covert in his brutality. He has infected spawn and sired numerous wereshark progeny throughout Sphryna and Galekard, perhaps 48-60 or even more.[1]
