Stephanie Lumley is Mordentish, but she met her lover Thaddeus Deschamps in Karina. They were cursed by Gabrielle Aderre to bring misfortune to those around them when the pair is within 300 ft. of each other. Despite Stephanie's lingering feelings of love for Thaddeus, she doomedly travels the Core, continually on the run from Thaddeus.[1]
