Rokushima Táiyoo is an island of terror, consisting of an archipelago of islands in the Poison Sea. It is ruled by Haki Shinpi. It is the native land of the Akikage and the Ansasshia.

The people of Rokushima Táiyoo are the Rokuma.

The spell Anesthesia is popular in Rokushima Táiyoo, as its use allows the dying to face death with a clear mind, and thus die with honor.
