Lady Camille Dilisnya

' (662-711 BC) was the first darklord of Borca.

History

Camille Dilisnya was born to Lev Dilisnya and Anna Kurdzeil in Mordent in 662 BC. Her brother was Richtor Dilisnya and her half-brothers through her father were Oleska Dilisnya, Stepan Dilisnya and Yakov Dilisnya. She married Siegfried Grymig in 681 BC. Three years later she discovered that he was having an affair and she poisoned him to death in what would soon prove to be the seminal event that gave birth to Borca and made her its Darklord. She was sent to distant kin in Invidia by her parents to protect her from pursuit by the legal authorities of Mordent. En route, she was taken by the Mists and Borca revealed itself to her.

As a darklord, Camille was blessed. She could craft (poisonmaking) any poison she could imagine, though she was not immune to them herself. She was also cursed. Anyone who she trusted completely would betray her. She took three more husbands. Klaus Boritsi was married in 688 BC and was poisoned to death together with his mistress in 697 BC. Stephan Taryon was married in 697 BC. He quickly took a mistress and fled the country. Oleh Fortich was married in 698 BC and soon attempted to kill her. and was poisoned to death together with his mistress in 697 BC.

She ruled her nation with an iron hand and married several times, though each of her husbands was unfaithful and she eventually murdered them. Ivana's father, Klaus Boritsi, was poisoned by a contact concoction that merged his skin with the chambermaid with whom he was having an affair.

In 698 BC she poisoned to death her last husband, Oleh Fortich, and the nigh entirety of her branch of the Dilisnyans, including Oleska, Richtor, Stepan, and Yakov.

When Ivana fell in love, Camille was incensed at her daughter finding that which had eluded her for so long. Camille disguised herself as Ivana and seduced Ivana's true love, then claimed he had seduced her, thereby proving in Ivana's eyes that all men were evil. Ivana took the lesson to heart, and killed Pieter by saturating her own body with a virulent poison. Two years later, she assassinated her mother and became the new ruler of Borca.
