Herrd ApKie is a goblyn living in Forlorn. He has been plotting to take control of the goblyn clans, and only recently discovered a way to suppress the telepathic control of Tristen ApBlanc. A hag named Tassinggame has provided him with magic warpaint that breaks the telepathic bond.
