Kas the Destroyer

Kas the Destroyer, also known as Kas the Bloody-Handed, was the vampire darklord of Tovag. The ancient enemy of Vecna, it is unclear what became of his domain after Vecna escaped Ravenloft in Die Vecna Die. In Dragon Magazine #341, Kas is given as a vestige for the binder class, indicating that he exists only as a spirit trapped outside of reality. But in Open Grave: Secrets of the Undead, Kas is given 4th Edition stats as a normal "unliving" vampire.
