Mavalga
Mavalga has a population of 209 and sits on the shore of the Nocturnal Sea in Nova Vaasa. It is a fishing village, equipped with an inn, a tavern, a blacksmith, a dry goods store, and possibly other simple establishments. It lacks a fane of the Church of the Lawgiver, but he is worshipped here as elsewhere in the land. 
There is reason to think that the hamlet lies between Arbora and the mouth of the Saniset River on, or just off of, the Vaere Bange Road.
In 755 BC Mavalga was beset by a maddening wind. It was in fact a creature of chaos from the elemental plane of air that was twisted by its summoning into the Land of Mists. Boreas is its name, but it is known to others as The Bad Wind. Captain Josef Zhitoff of the Bulwark, with the assistance of a band of adventurers, injured and drove it off, sparing Mavalga the full force of its assault.
