Baron of Armeikos and the land surrounding it.[1] Characterized by Professor Viktor Hazan as a naive youth, Skott has accepted mentoring from Baron Evensong in matters of state and politics. However, the other barons are skeptical of Evensong's "good" intentions.[2]
