Bialowieza is a village at the heart of a forest in Russian occupied and annexed Poland. It is a stronghold of werebears. When Rabbi Joshua Fiedorow opened a portal that he might secure daemonic aid in the defense of Bialystok against lycanthropes, the protection was also extended to Bialowieza with difference that the werebears were themselves protected against other lycanthropes.
