The Khourx River has its source in the northeastern Mountains of Misery. It both feeds and drains Lake Korst and is ultimately subsumed near Maykle by the Vuchar River, it being a major tributary. The Khourx is navigable from Lake Korst to the Vuchar, its riverboots connecting Delagia to ports up and down the Vuchar.
