Kas the Destroyer, also known as Kas the Bloody-Handed, was the vampire darklord of [[Tovag]]. The ancient enemy of [[Vecna]], it is unclear what became of his domain after Vecna escaped [[Ravenloft]] in [[Die Vecna Die]]. In [[Dragon Magazine #341]], Kas is given as a vestige for the binder class, indicating that he exists only as a spirit trapped outside of reality.
