Ramulai

Ramulai is found in the Red Wizard's Vale at the foot of Mount Soren in the Hazlani Balinoks. It is purported to have been carved by Hazlik from living stone in a single day, subsequent to the Great Upheaval and his revocation of the ban on arcane magic. The result dwarfs its population of 300. The exceedingly precise specifications of its design, among other clues, have fed speculation that it is in fact a single great magical ruin.

The Rashemani here, as elsewhere, toil in the service of their betters, with the difference that their immediate Mulan masters have nearly as much to fear, for all serve the needs of the Red Academy. Ramulai is the seat of the school that Hazlik created in the name of the mastery of the arcane and none dare anger the chosen few who are free to pass through its doors.

The Red Highway connects Ramulai to Toyalis.
