Death is the Darklord of Necropolis, and Leader of the Unholy Order of the Grave.

Lowellyn Dachine, a clone of Azalin Rex was transformed into a Negative Energy Elemental by The Infernal Machine in the events leading to The Requiem. He now considers himself to be truly the incarnation of Death itself.
