Mr. Fairwind was the husband of Evania Fairwind. Unable to accept his wife's inability to bear a child, he stitched together a child flesh golem from the corpses of several infants stolen from the local morgue. Fairwind murdered Evania to keep the secret from leaking out. However, her journal eventually made its way into Dr. van Richten's hands and was excerpted in Van Richten's Guide to the Created (Item).[1]
