To alleviate the frequent flooding around Il Aluk, Baron Marchio[1]. had a mass sewer system built complete with flood drains and pumping mechanisms of gnome construct to redirect the water to fields outside of Il Aluk
The decay of modern day Necropolis has started the break down of the pumps[2].
