Bellustaire is a minor character from Black Crusade. She is a blind witch and cult leader that lives in Parsimol. She attempted to sacrifice Diederic de Wyndt and Violca to the fell powers worshiped in the town, but was foiled in the attempt and ultimately met her doom by Diederic's axe.[1]
