Gerhard Reichenbach is the current leader (Grand High Cynosure) of the The Syndicate of Enlightened Citizens. As a powerful businessman with ties to the moneylending and fishing industries, Gerhard is one of the most influential men in Lamordia (or at least his neck of it).[1]
Gerhard resides in Ludendorf, but he plans on reaching out to the wealthy elite in other places, such as Port-a-Lucine and Martira Bay.[1]
