Events

Following the capture of the Kantora Strangler, Talgaard Othmar. His noble status allows admittance into the Clinic for the Mentally Distressed.
Praesidius Alexei Raskolka dies of a mysterious wasting disease and is succeeded by his adviser, Praesidius Levin Postoya.[10] By this year, the Celestines have star-maps for the entire Core. They also discover that they could relate celestial events to earthly events and use the former to predict the latter.[11]
