Mr Graves is the sole remaining servant of Madame Araby Tuvache. They reside in Tuvache house. He is her chauffeur and manservant. He has also become a skilled taxidermist and as such is crucial to the maintanence of the Puppetworks. He doesn't enjoy this part of his service but he is utterly loyal to his mistress.
