One of Dr. Mordenheim's dread flesh golems escaped to the tunnels beneath Schloss Mordenheim but is now trapped there. She seeks to escape into the caves of the Sea of Sorrows.[1]
Note that, as Adam's Wrath is a 2nd Edition source, the dread flesh golem is referred to as a "Ravenloft flesh golem".
