e Long before his election to president of the United States of America in 1896, William McKinley became privy to some army documents signifying some [aranormal activity in the Arizona Territory. As a Congressman, McKinley attempted to establish a government agency to deal with such matters. However, he suddenly quite in 1881.[1]
