Zavon was a Dragon Highlord from Krynn who resided in the Eyrie. Bitter over the loss of his red dragon companion in the War of the Lance, Zavon became a hated villain in Krynn. His orders were extreme and vile enough that he was abandoned by his own soldiers before the Eyrie was drawn into Ravenloft. There, Zavon encountered the Baron and his werebats. Surprisingly, they destroyed the former Dragon Highlord. However, Zaron did not perish completely without a matter of (inadvertent) vengeance, for the Baron became the new darklord of the Eyrie.[1]
