Baron Stelvin Hawke is a baron of Liffe (and therefore a member of the Senate of Liffe) whose estate is south of Moondale along the road to Claveria. He is one of the founders and leaders of the Patriots of Liffe, a nativist group of vigilantes Hawke (and others) use to harrass foreign merchants and extort favors or money from them, as well as harass non-members whom are currying too much favor with foreign merchants or powers. Selfish and vain, Hawke is nonetheless a skilled poet, orator, and manipulator.[1]
