Gallowspire[1] is a massive tower some 400 ft. high in the abandoned ruins of Adorak. It serves as the eternal prison for the immortal lich known as the Whispering Tyrant. Members of the Whispering Way cult reside there to plot The Tyrant's freedom, but even they must be careful about the numerous undead abominations that haunt the place.
As the tower of Gallowspire reaches up into the sky, so does the massive dungeon beneath it. Its wards keep the rest of the Whispering Tyrant's unnatural "life force" locked away.
