Marcel Vendark is a traveling member the The Kargatane, currently in Martira Bay researching how to create what he has dubbed the Festering Ball of Hatred, a serum that creates an uncontrollable rage in its subjects. Marcel born in Kellee, Tepest. but had to flee to Darkon with his mother because the Tepestani feared her as a witch. Marcel eventually ran away and paid the Vistani to take him to the next time, but they sold him to the Kargatane, within whom he eventually found apprenticeship to a wizard and eventually became a skilled wizard himself.
