Isolde is the Mistress of the Carnival. Secretly a Ghaele Eladrin, she entered the demiplane in pursuit of The Gentleman Caller and chases him to this day. Her reality wrinkle manifest as The Twisting. Some sources consider her to be a "demilord," as her reality wrinkle "functions as Floating Pocket domain". [1]
Isolde is a biomancer, a "gift," after a fashion, of the Dark Powers that functions via her ability to loosen her hold over the Twisting, with precision. Silessa proved to be a beneficiary of this gift. The Abominations were punished through its use.
