Krakkat the Observant is a lich, residing within Citadel Cavitius. He is usually too busy reanimating the dead to bother with the living, although he is fond of teaching low-level necromancers dark magic. Krakkat's creations include the Elite Skeletons roaming Cavitius^[1] and the living wall in the Chaotic Evil Shrine.^[2]
