The wilderness faction of the Children of Wrath recognize Helvath Makira as their leader.[1] He is gruff, isolationist, and almost paranoid about strangers, but unlike the normally stoic-seeming elves of Sithicus, he does not conceal his feelings. If at ease and in a good mood, he can be an impressive comedian and storyteller.[2]
Makira's faction of the Children of Wrath is opposed by the urban faction of Narwin E'tallin. Makira's camp fears that Narwin wil attempt a coup against them and then bring all of the group's resources under his thumb.[3]
