Not really. All you get on the file page is the comment field. Since this file's comment field does say that it's for Dark Angel's campaign, I think that is enough implication that it's homebrew. Not really. All you get on the file page is the comment field. Since this file's comment field does say that it's for Dark Angel's campaign, I think that is enough implication that it's homebrew.
