I'm tempted to say that both could be replaced with Category:Haunted. Similar to Cursed, which can apply to people, items, etc., the trait of being Haunted is not limited to locations. dunno... would someone search for "haunted house?" I think they might. I'm tempted to say that both could be replaced with Category:Haunted.
