Vikita is a village of 4,500 in Tepest Land of the Fey . It is a dirty mining village. This will clearly never be a tourist location as the smoke from the forges and the smell of melted metal will never make it popular. The hard working people of the town tend to be haggard. However they are somewhat wealthier than most workers in backwards domains. The mines pay fairly well as due the jewelry factories.

Although by no means automated the jewelry factories are pretty efficient. Molten brass is poured into ring molds, a stone is fitted and then put into a box with a bunch of other rings, necklaces and bracelets. The workers are quite experienced and proficient.

Fine work is beyond them though. Tepesti jewelry is made quickly and cheaply. The various pieces of jewelry is made to be cheaply sold to peasants not rich nobles. The main business there is the cheap wine although food is sold. It is a rowdy inn with drunk miners being its most common patrons. There are 4 cabins in back for rent.

The ruler is Baron Otto von Kupferkopf who takes an interest in his village's main industries. Unusual for a noble he knows more about jewelry making than jewelry fashion. Being a Tepesti nobleman his taste is considered vulgar by nobles in other domains but he knows far more about making jewelry than any of them.
