Angelica is an NPC from the Created (Module). She lives in Odiare. She was about 8 years old when the domain formed.
Although Odiare's homeworld was not specified in the module, Domains of Dread retroactively specified that Odiare was from the Italy of Gothic Earth.[1] If this is considered by the Dungeon Master to be true in his/her campaign, Angelica is Italian.
