Blackroot is an evil, powerful treant that rules over the Brujamonte in Tepest.
Background
Blackroot did not initially exist as a treant. His life began as a majestic, noble tree that towered over the rest of the woods and a place where druids came to worship. When he was drawn into Ravenloft, the Hag sisters who ruled over Tepest saw the tree for what is was and performed vile rituals on it for a month. When the hags completed their job, Blackroot became a horrible and powerful force of evil in the Witch's Wood.
Current Sketch
